Java Dive was created in 2006 as a small coffee shop with a limited food menu. I am gluten intolerant and chemically sensitive.
In addition, my wife, Dr. Romy Sanders is a medically trained naturopathic physician and classical homeopath.
From day one we offered gluten free options, and in Sep 2008 we opened our new and improved shop designed to be a full service restaurant.
I wanted to create a place where those with celiac disease or any other food allergies could come and eat.
Even though our menu has over 100 items, all menu items are available as GF.
To insure a safe eating place all employees are trained in GF procedures, and our fryer is being used for GF items only.
